Weekday 3-5 PM MST and Weekends 10 AM - 2 PM. Call (623) 221-7131. You can call any time and leave a message. Calls will be returned during the customer service hours. 

The show price will remain the same for the 2024-2025 season at $25. The dinner buffet price is $20. Holidays and special events may have different pricing. Dinner is optional and there is no show only special seating.

You can find a printable copy in the Shows and Dates pages of our website. We also provide copies at the door.

Tickets are not necessary. You can print them from your confirmation email to show at the door if you wish. Simply provide the name of the ticket holder to the gals at the door. Tickets can be provided upon special request.

Groups of 10 or more receive a 5% discount (coupon code 10) and groups of 20 or more receive a 10% discount (coupon code 20). Apply coupon code at checkout for online ordering. 

Seating is round tables of 8 that can be expanded up to 10 at customer's request. When making reservations online, please include this in your comments if you would like more than 8 at your table. If making reservations by phone please inform us of your choice(s).

Yes. If you reserve table 1, seat 1 that is the table/seat you get. Diagrams are provided at each table noting name and seat numbers.  Show only reservations does not affect your seating.

Yes, they are handicap accessible. Walkers and wheelchairs welcome. 

Yes, if making reservations online, choose the plant-based menu option. Chef Kimo provides a made to order plant-based entree as an alternative to the main dinner buffet.   Place your order at the buffet when you arrive. See our Menu page for entree options.

Chef Kimo at Apache Wells provides a delicious dinner buffet that changes weekly. Self-serve. Check out the Menu page for upcoming  show selections.

Yes, the self-serve bar is conveniently located inside the theater. Opens at 5:30 PM and closes at the end of intermission.

The doors open at 5:30 PM, along with the bar and dinner buffet.

The theater does not have a dress code and most patrons wear casual attire. 

Refund Policy

Ticket policy-If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, we will gladly exchange your ticket for a future performance*. We do not offer refunds if future performances are available. If we cannot provide a future performance for the current season, or they are sold out, we will refund your money. To change your reservation to a different performance, email marklucas@therhythmcats.com  or call (623) 221-7131 and we will respond as soon as possible. If you change your reservations, you won't be guaranteed the same seats.
